1.1 VHS Infotech Private Limited, having its registered office at RZ-7F/2A, Gali No. 3, Main Sagarpur, Delhi - 110046, Delhi, India (“VHS Infotech”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website https://cozmya.com and its corresponding mobile/tablet applications (collectively referred to as “Cozmya”, or “Website”, or “App”), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of various products to the end customer (“Customer” or “User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
1.2 The User may browse through the Products listed for sale on the Website/App and avail services related to such Products (“Services”). You may also be using our interactive and/or assistive services, which will be subject to this Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions.

2. Type Of Information Collected
2.1 This Privacy Policy sets out the type of Information collected from the Users, including the nature of the Sensitive Personal Data/ Information (defined hereinafter), the purpose, means and modes of usage of such Information and how and to whom we shall disclose, share or transfer such Information. Except in cases where any specific services requested by you require or involve personal identification, the Platform collects location data anonymously and in a form that does not personally identify you. We may collect precise location data from your device in the background to provide relevant services, such as location-based notifications on offline stores related updates, exclusive deals, and a smoother shopping experience. This background location collection occurs only with your explicit permission and in accordance with your device settings. Only with your “opt-in” consent, we may collect your device’s location information even when the app is closed or not actively in use. You can disable/ revoke background location permission/ access at any time in your device’s privacy settings.

The verification of the Financial Information shall be accomplished only by you through a process of authentication in which we shall have no role to play and hence, we shall bear no liability in relation to the same. 7 Cookies Policy
